What to Expect
Each session flows between mindful movement and reflective practice, creating a balanced experience that supports deep healing:
- Therapeutic Yoga Practice (45 minutes): Gentle, adaptive movement and breathwork designed to foster body awareness and nervous system regulation. All poses are offered with modifications to honor your body's needs.
- Integration & Reflection (45 minutes): Through guided journaling and compassionate inquiry, we explore themes of embodiment, self-trust, and emotional awareness. This space allows insights to emerge and settle in a supported way.
What to Bring
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothes that allow for gentle movement and help you feel relaxed.
- A Light Sweater or Sweatshirt and Socks: For the reflection portion of class, you may want something cozy to keep warm.
- Yoga Mat: Bring your own mat for the yoga practice.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the class.
Bonus: Each participant will receive a free journal to use during the inquiry portion of class and beyond, as a tool for self-reflection and growth.
